I am afraid that as of 24th March Brampton Abbotts class will no longer be running. Sorry!
Hello! Welcome in 2015 and a new year of training and learning new moves. Here is the latest newsletter which you will get in classes over the next few weeks. Sorry for all the non-classes this coming half year there are many many things going on.
Newsletter January 2014
Chinese New Year
is on 19th February this year, which is during half term, this is potentially a little awkward for me so I am suggesting, if people would like to, having our get together meal on Friday 27th or Saturday 28th February. It will be held at The Lotus Restaurant in Cinderford (approximately in the middle of my classes) and generally at 7 or 7.30. There will be a piece of paper around over the next few weeks please put your name down if you are interested (we’ll finalise numbers later)

Classes have just about finished for the summer now so I wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy and peaceful summer.
We start back with Woolaston on 27th August (starting a new form!), Brampton Abbotts on 28th and then Ross on 2nd September.
Once again we’ve celebrated World Ocean Day (8th June) and Marine Conservation Society’s Big Blue days at LotusLeaf Tai Chi by asking everyone to wear blue. I then donated £1 of their fee.
Really pleased to say that we raised £37.50 this year which will be swimming it’s way to MCS tomorrow.
Thanks again to everyone who took part
A few reminders, clubs break up for the summer on 22nd, 23rd and 24th July and we are back starting again on 27th and 28th of August for Woolaston and Brampton Abbotts and 2nd September for Ross.
Woolaston and Brampton Abbotts clubs will be starting new forms when they come back; Woolaston will be starting the Chen Man Ch’ing 37 form, while Brampton will be starting the Yang Style 24 form. New members are welcome, just get in touch.
I am really sorry to say that I am having to close down Joys Green club due to lack of numbers. This is quite a blow as it was my longest running but it leaves space for new clubs and new exciting developments.
So as most of my clubs close for the festivities (except Ross that has one more session on 17th to go) a NEW CLUB is born!!!
I shall be starting a beginners class up at Brampton Abbotts, nr Ross on Wye, on Wednesday mornings from 10-11, starting 9th January. We will be starting with a 10 week course which will include various Qigong sets and the Yang Style 6 form. The cost os £4 per student or pay for the whole 10 weeks in advance for £36 (no refunds for non-attendance). Evreyone welcome!
My other clubs will be starting back on 7th and 8th and, as always, are open to new members.
Well it’s 1st September which means it’ll soon be time to start classes again. Joys Green and Ross start this Monday (3rd) and Woolaston starts back on 4th.
Hope you’ve all had a great summer, see you in class!
